Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales of PET preform products in assigned territory/segment.

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for consistent business growth.

2. Key Account Management

• Manage and nurture relationships with key customers.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Address client concerns promptly and provide effective solutions.

• Support contract discussions related to pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support

• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Provide regular market feedback to management.

• Assist in developing strategies to increase market share.

• Support new product development initiatives by sharing customer insights.

4. Revenue & Profitability Focus

• Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining healthy margins.

• Monitor pricing and contribute to cost-effective sales strategies.

• Support efforts to improve overall profitability of the PET preform business.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention rates.

5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts based on market trends and historical data.

• Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance reviews.

• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for timely order fulfillment.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
