Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Conduct field visits and client meetings for business development.

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

Prepare sales reports and maintain client databases.

Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.

Represent the company professionally during meetings and presentations.

Required Skills

Client handling & relationship management

Field sales and lead generation experience

Negotiation and convincing skills

Target-oriented approach

Basic knowledge of CRM/MS Excel

Ability to travel for client meetings
