We are looking for sales executive drives property sales, manages the client relationship lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, and meets revenue targets by conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, and maintaining up-to-date market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Source new prospects through networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and referrals.
Client Consultations: Understand client requirements, financial budgets, and property preferences.
Property Showings: Organize and lead site visits, open houses, and property tours.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts between buyers and sellers.
Pipeline Management: Update and track customer interactions using CRM software.
Market Research: Monitor local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: 12th pass
Experience: Proven track record in B2C sales, real estate, or business development.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, listening, and presentation skills.
Negotiation: Strong persuasion and deal-closing capabilities.
Software: Familiarity with CRM tools .
