Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves visiting residential and commercial areas door-to-door to introduce our mobile application, educate potential users about its features and benefits, assist with app downloads and registration, and drive user adoption. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories to promote the company's application.
Educate potential users about the app's features, benefits, and usage.
Demonstrate how to download, register, and access the application.
Assist customers with onboarding and account setup when required.
Generate leads and encourage app downloads and active usage.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and community members.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate records of visits, customer interactions, and conversions.
Represent the company professionally during all field interactions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, door-to-door sales, marketing, or customer acquisition.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Basic smartphone and mobile application knowledge.
High school diploma or graduate degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience promoting mobile applications, digital products, or subscription services.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Local area knowledge and familiarity with the assigned territory.
Experience
