Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.

  • Promote Pitanga Foods’ products in the assigned territory.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather insights.

  • Ensure timely collections and follow-ups with clients.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG (Food/Edible Oil industry preferred).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

  • Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
