We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our distribution network.
📍 Location: Gurugram (Local candidates only)
💼 Experience: 3 to 4 years
💰 CTC: ₹4.8 – ₹6 LPA
🔹About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling the complete onboarding lifecycle for new distributors. From initial documentation to system training and ongoing support, you will ensure a seamless transition onto the Kuberha platform.
🔹Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new distributors.
Developing new distributors and retailers.
Ensure timely completion of KYC, contract signing, system entry, and initial training.
Act as the primary point of contact for new distributors during onboarding.
Assist in resolving operational or technical issues faced by distributors.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure distributor success and satisfaction.
🔹Qualifications:
3–4 years of experience in FMCG, Telecom, SaaS Products, Billing Machines, or Retail Sales.
Strong knowledge of retail operations and distribution processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in distributor management or onboarding.
Exposure to AI-powered or tech-enabled tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
