Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – (Outdoor Catering & Events)

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Executives will be responsible for generating business opportunities, coordinating event requirements, and delivering high-quality coffee service at client locations. This role combines sales responsibilities with hands-on involvement in preparing and serving coffee during events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients for outdoor catering, events, exhibitions, and functions

  • Generate leads and convert them into confirmed orders

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

2. Client Coordination

  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable coffee service packages

  • Coordinate event details such as date, location, setup, and service expectations

  • Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction

3. Event Execution & Coffee Preparation

  • Set up coffee machines and service counters at event locations

  • Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per company standards

  • Ensure quality, hygiene, and presentation during service

  • Manage crowd and provide quick, efficient service during events

4. Logistics & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams for machines, materials, and manpower

  • Ensure all required items (coffee powder, milk, cups, etc.) are available before events

  • Handle basic troubleshooting of coffee machines if required

5. Sales Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for ODC business

  • Maintain daily sales reports and event records

  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends

 

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and sales skills

  • Basic knowledge or willingness to learn coffee preparation

  • Customer service orientation

  • Ability to handle field work and event pressure

  • Good coordination and time management skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Any Degree

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, catering, hospitality, or FMCG preferred

  • Freshers with interest in sales & coffee service can also apply

Mandatory Requirement:

  • Fluency in Kannada & English is mandatory

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel and work during weekends/events

  • Two-wheeler preferred
