**Role Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and positioning Hotel Fortune Home Residency as the preferred hospitality choice in the NCR region.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate accounts, travel agencies, and direct clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for room bookings, banquets, F&B, and events
• Conduct sales calls, property tours, and presentations to prospective clients
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate and MICE clients
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and rate agreements
• Coordinate with front office, banquets, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools and prepare periodic reports for management

**Qualifications & Skills**
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of sales experience in a hotel or hospitality environment (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel PMS/CRM software is an advantage
• Familiarity with the Noida/NCR corporate market is preferred
