The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, expanding market presence, and developing strong distributor/retailer networks for Kasturi Adivasi Herbal Hair Oil. The role involves field sales, relationship building, market development, and achieving monthly revenue targets within the FMCG / Herbal Personal Care category.
Promote and sell Kasturi Adivasi Herbal Hair Oil in assigned territory
Develop and maintain relationships with:
Retailers
Distributors
Wholesalers
Beauty & Cosmetic Stores
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Identify new market opportunities and onboard retailers
Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities
Ensure product visibility & shelf placement
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Maintain daily visit reports & sales records
Handle order collection, follow-ups & payment coordination
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Field sales experience (preferred in FMCG / Cosmetics / Herbal Products)
Ability to build strong retailer relationships
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of sales reporting & documentation
Minimum: 10+2 / Graduate (Preferred)
Experience:
1–3 years in FMCG / Ayurveda / Herbal / Hair Care Sales (preferred)
