Role Overview:

Bookslot is seeking motivated and result-driven individuals for a contract-based Lead Generation Executive role. The primary responsibility is to generate quality leads for the company’s services through various channels.

Compensation Structure:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

• Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 (based on performance)

• Total Contract Value: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000

Target & Payment Terms:

• Total lead generation target: 25,000 – 30,000 leads

• Weekly payout will be processed based on performance:

  • 6,000 – 7,500 verified leads per week (approx. 1/4th of total target)

• Payments will be made weekly, subject to verification of leads

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality and relevant leads as per company requirements

• Maintain accuracy and authenticity of collected data

• Coordinate with the internal team for submission and tracking of leads

• Meet weekly and overall contract targets

Verification & Payment Policy:

• All generated leads will be verified by the company’s telecalling team

• Payments will be released only for verified leads

• Any fake, duplicate, or invalid leads will not be considered for payment

Terms & Conditions:

• This is a strict contract-based role

• Leaving the contract before completion is not allowed

• In case of early termination by the candidate, no payment will be provided

• Candidates must complete the assigned target within the contract duration

Eligibility:

• Basic communication and data handling skills

• Ability to meet targets and deadlines

• Prior experience in lead generation (preferred but not mandatory)

• It is a Both Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
