Sales Executive

• Incoming leads ko call karna, qualify karna aur meetings schedule karna

• Client ki requirement, floor plan, aur budget ko detail mein samajhna

• Interior design packages, materials, finishes & project scope explain karna

• Client ke liye customized quotation & proposals banana

• Design team ke sath walkthrough aur layout presentation arrange karna

• Site visit karna (agar zarurat ho)

• Negotiation karke deals close karna aur monthly sales targets achieve karna

• CRM/Excel mein lead tracking aur reporting maintain karna

• Handover ke baad project execution team ko proper information dena

• Interior design industry ka basic knowledge (modular kitchen, carpentry, lighting, materials)

• Lead management & sales follow-up skills

• Confidence in client handling

• Quotation / pricing ka understanding

• Time management & presentation skills

📚 Qualifications

• Graduate preferred

• 1–3 years experience in interior sales (freshers with strong communication also considered)

• Real estate / luxury sales background is an added advantage
