Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for general trade.
Identify and approach potential distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Support in achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Marketing & Promotions:
Assist in planning and executing trade promotions, campaigns, and branding activities.
Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure product visibility and placement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and clients.
Address customer inquiries and provide product information to enhance brand awareness.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
Operational & Reporting Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of sales, promotions, and customer interactions.
Provide weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports to the management team.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
