Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base in lubricant additives and specialty chemicals.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Identify market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and timely deliveries.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Follow up on payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in sales/business development, preferably in chemicals, lubricants, or related industrial products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Technical understanding of lubricant additives/specialty chemicals will be preferred.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
