Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Executive who is passionate about the real estate sector and is eager to excel in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing industrial real estate deals, managing client relationships, and growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect with, and meet prospective clients for industrial properties

• Understand client needs and provide suitable property options

• Conduct site visits and property inspections with clients

• Maintain a database of listings and prospective clients

• Negotiate deals and close sales/rental agreements

• Collaborate with property owners, builders, and developers

• Ensure post-sales support and relationship management

• Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and competitor activity

• Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in industrial or commercial properties

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional attitude

• Must own a vehicle and be comfortable with field work

• Good knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, and surrounding areas is an advantage

• Basic computer proficiency and smartphone usage
