Arthik Squad Business Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through innovative and proven sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, in-person visits, and client presentations.

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.

• Solid understanding of various sales techniques and customer engagement practices.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using computers and digital tools for day-to-day tasks.
