Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful closures
Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Coordination & Operations:
Coordinate between sales team, clients, and internal departments
Maintain and update CRM data and sales reports
Track leads, site visits, bookings, and closures
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Support in preparing sales MIS reports and presentations
Team Support:
Guide and support sales executives in daily activities
Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to management
Assist in training new team members
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of real estate market and property sales
Ability to multitask and manage coordination effectively
Leadership and team handling skills
