Suchetas India® च्या उत्पादनांची ऑनलाइन विक्री वाढवणे तसेच Work From Home पद्धतीने काम करणाऱ्या Sales Partners ची Team तयार करणे, त्यांना मार्गदर्शन करणे आणि त्यांच्या विक्रीचे व्यवस्थापन करणे.

मुख्य जबाबदाऱ्या:

Online Sales Partners ची निवड व onboarding करणे
Partners ना Products, Pricing आणि Sales Process चे प्रशिक्षण देणे
WhatsApp वर Sales Team चे नियमित व्यवस्थापन करणे
Partners ना Product Images, Catalogue व Sales Content उपलब्ध करून देणे
ग्राहकांच्या inquiries हाताळणे आणि योग्य follow-up करणे
Orders ची नोंद ठेवणे व confirmed orders कंपनीकडे पाठवणे
Partner-wise Sales आणि Performance Track करणे
निष्क्रिय Partners शी संपर्क साधून त्यांना पुन्हा सक्रिय करणे
Weekly / Monthly Sales Report तयार करणे
नवीन Online Sales Channels आणि ग्राहक शोधणे
कंपनीने निश्चित केलेल्या Price, Discount आणि Commission Policy चे पालन करणे

आवश्यक कौशल्ये:

चांगले Communication आणि Team Handling Skills
मराठी व हिंदी उत्तम; Basic English आवश्यक
WhatsApp, Email, Excel/Google Sheets हाताळता येणे
Sales / Telecalling / Customer Handling चा अनुभव असल्यास प्राधान्य
स्वतःहून काम करण्याची आणि Team ला motivate करण्याची क्षमता
