Field Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Field Supervisor to manage and supervise field operations and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage employees working at different client locations.

Visit field locations regularly and ensure smooth work operations.

Monitor employee attendance and maintain attendance records.

Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and clients regarding daily work requirements.

Handle employee-related queries and resolve basic issues at the field level.

Ensure employees follow company rules, discipline, and safety requirements.

Maintain daily reports and submit updates to the management.

Follow up with employees regarding joining, attendance, and other requirements.

Coordinate with the HR and management team for Manpower requirements fulfill, manpower sourcing

from industry, interview and deployment, Handle employee documentation and maintain proper records.

Ensure smooth communication between the company and field employees.

Required Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage and supervise employees.

Basic knowledge of attendance and manpower management.

Willingness to travel and visit different field locations.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
