We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Coordinator with strong liaison and documentation skills to join our expanding EV charging team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our customers, the sales team, and the utility provider (MSEB), ensuring a seamless process for obtaining new EV electricity connections. This role is crucial for our customers, as getting the correct EV meter is a mandatory step for their home or commercial charging setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Documentation Support: Guide customers through the specific documentation required for a new EV connection and meter application. Review customer-submitted documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring they meet MSEB guidelines.
Liaison with MSEB (Utility Provider): Act as the primary point of contact for all documentation and application processes with the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) or the relevant regional distribution company (e.g., MSEDCL).
Application Processing & Tracking: Handle the submission of all required application forms (physical or online) and supporting documents to MSEB on behalf of the customer. Proactively track the application status.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any bottlenecks or queries raised by MSEB regarding customer applications. Maintain positive and effective relationships with MSEB officials.
Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their application, upcoming site inspections, and any additional steps required. Manage customer expectations professionally.
Coordination with Installation Team: Work closely with our internal technical and installation teams to ensure the site is ready for meter installation and that technical specifications align with MSEB requirements.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing accurate information on MSEB connection timelines, costs, and processes, enabling them to give realistic commitments to prospective clients.
Report Generation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applications and their statuses. Provide regular reports to the Sales and Operations managers on progress and any challenges.
