Sales Co-ordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

Advisor/Agent Recruitment & Enablement:
Responsible for onboarding new advisors/agents, conducting thorough induction and training sessions, and fostering a results-driven team environment to accelerate organizational advancement. Adherence to defined protocols and quality benchmarks is mandatory.

Field Engagement:

• Identify and enlist part-time professionals to function as advisors/agents.

• Facilitate client meetings and carry out in-person evaluations.

Team Leadership & Coaching:

• Guide and mentor team members in sourcing leads via digital platforms, personal networks, referrals, and professional circles. Support them in converting potential leads into actual clients.

• Drive business growth through coordinated team efforts and campaigns.

• Ensure delivery of personalized financial solutions tailored to each client’s objectives and needs.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation required, with a minimum of one year of experience in sales or a related field.
