Actively acquiring new customers by opening CASA (Current and Savings Account)s through various channels like open market activities, referrals, and cold calling.

•Relationship Management:•

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable solutions.

•Cross-selling:•

Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other banking products like loans, insurance, and investments to existing customers.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets for account acquisition and product penetration.

•Customer Service:•

Addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

•Relationship Building:•

Developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs, and providing proactive solutions.

•Product Knowledge:•

Staying updated on the bank's products and services, and effectively communicating their benefits to customers.

•Compliance• :

Adhering to all relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
