Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Generation:Actively seek out and connect with potential new customers to sell life insurance policies. 

• Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, establishing trust and credibility. 

• Product Knowledge:Deeply understand various life insurance policies, their features, benefits, and how they meet client needs. 

• Needs Analysis:Guide customers through the process of identifying their financial goals and tailor insurance plans accordingly. 

• Sales Process Management:Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to policy issuance and subsequent customer support. 

• Target Achievement:Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the organization's overall growth. 

• Compliance:Adhere to high ethical standards, maintain client confidentiality, and comply with all regulatory guidelines and company policies. 

Key Qualifications

• Sales Experience:Previous success in a sales role, particularly within the insurance or financial services sector, is highly valued. 

• Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client engagement and information presentation. 

• Interpersonal Skills:The ability to build rapport, foster trust, and persuade clients is crucial for success in this role. 

• Self-Motivation:A self-driven and proactive approach to achieving goals in a competitive environment is required. 

• Knowledge of Insurance Products:Familiarity with different types of life insurance policies and their underlying principles is a strong advantage.
