Relationship Manager – Sales

Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic Relationship Managers to drive end-to-end sales of Club Mahindra Holiday Memberships (Keystone). This is a field sales role involving lead generation, client meetings, presentations, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Generate leads through self-sourcing, references, and member networks.
Meet prospective customers face-to-face, deliver presentations, and close sales.
Assist new members in booking their first holiday and generate referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 6 months of experience in direct/field sales (hospitality, timeshare, insurance, banking, real estate, telecom, or other high-value products).
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Graduate in any discipline.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and flexible with work timings.
