We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at BASIC HOME LOAN. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹28,000 - ₹32,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct sourcing, referrals, and channel partners.
Acquire new customers and build long-term client relationships.
Manage and develop relationships with DSAs, builders, connectors, and real estate agents.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the organization.
Conduct customer meetings, field visits, and property visits as required.
Collect, verify, and process customer documents for loan applications.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Follow up with customers throughout the loan approval and disbursement process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Cross-sell other banking and financial products to existing customers.Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
