·        Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for insurance and mutual fund products.

·        Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements related to the sale of financial products.

·        Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.

·        Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, providing regular reports to management.
