Relationship Manager

SPD Capital Services Private Limited is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to drive client acquisition, build long-term customer relationships, and enhance company profitability.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in commerce

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in financial markets or related field.

• Strong understanding of financial products and market dynamics.

• Proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential prospects in the financial market.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

• Close sales through cold calling, presentations, client meetings, and field visits.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

• Research market trends and identify new opportunities.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

• Provide regular performance reports and client feedback to management.

Compensation:

• In-hand Salary: 25000 to 35000 plus incentives

• Attractive growth opportunities and performance-based incentives.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
