Job Description :
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing communication and expectations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Understand client goals and challenges and recommend solutions that align with their objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, support, operations) to ensure service delivery and client success.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

Resolve client issues promptly, escalating as needed to ensure resolution and maintain trust.

Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams to inform product development and service improvements.

Track account performance, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
