💼 Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads from new and existing clients/business partners

• Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets (calls, meetings, site visits, closures)

• Understand client needs and suggest relevant property options

• Manage a strong pipeline of potential clients through outreach activities

• Deliver exceptional client experience from first contact to post-sale

• Foster strong, long-term client relationships to drive referrals and loyalty

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue goals

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 7 years of field sales experience in real estate (mandatory)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
