Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, issues, and service needs.

• Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and identify improvement areas.

2. Business Development & Growth

• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client accounts.

• Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions to support their success.

• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into long-term accounts.

3. Account Oversight

• Monitor account performance, contract terms, and service delivery.

• Ensure client requirements are communicated clearly to internal teams.

• Manage renewals and ensure timely resolution of issues.

4. Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and support teams to meet client needs.

• Provide feedback to internal departments based on client insights and market trends.

• Assist in developing customized proposals, presentations, and service plans.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and account updates in the CRM system.

• Prepare periodic reports on account status, revenue, and client engagement.

• Track key metrics such as satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
