Key Responsibilities:

Source new customers through open market, DSA, connectors, and referrals
Promote and sell loan products (Home Loan / LAP / Business Loan / Personal Loan)
Conduct customer meetings and explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation
Collect and verify customer documents for login
Coordinate with credit and operations team for loan processing
Ensure timely sanction and disbursement of loans
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and cross-selling
Achieve monthly sales targets and business volumes
Maintain daily sales reports and MIS updates
