Product: Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP)
Job Description:
The Relationship Manager – APF will be responsible for driving business through APF-approved builders and channel partners. The role involves managing builder relationships, sourcing quality leads, and ensuring smooth loan processing while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with APF-approved builders and channel partners
Source Home Loan and LAP business through builder tie-ups
Coordinate with DSAs and internal teams to generate leads and closures
Handle end-to-end loan process from login to disbursement
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to credit and compliance policies
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and partners for business growth
Track and update MIS reports and pipeline status
Resolve customer and partner queries efficiently
