Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for Loan Against Property (LAP) through field visits and market activities.
- Identify potential customers who require loans against residential or commercial properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and DSA partners.
- Visit customers and business partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Explain LAP loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and loan processes to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2-10 years of experience in LAP sales or secured loan sales.
- Experience in Loan Against Property, Home Loans, or other secured lending products is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and perform field visits.
- Knowledge of local markets and customer sourcing is preferred.
