We Are Hiring – Sales Executive (Home Loan)

Experience Required

📌 Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience in Home Loan Sales (Bank / NBFC / Financial Services)

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage Home Loan business through field sales, referrals, and channel partners
Source and convert new customers for Home Loan products
Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process
Maintain strong relationships with builders, DSAs, and real estate agents
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure compliance with bank policies and process guidelines
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up till loan disbursement

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Home Loan sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Knowledge of Kolkata market will be an added advantage
Graduate preferred (but relevant experience is mandatory)
