Key Responsibilities:

Source new customers for Home Loans through open market, connectors, builders, and referrals
Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets
Handle end-to-end home loan processing
Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for loan approval
Maintain relationship with channel partners (DSA, brokers, builders)
Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

Eligibility Criteria:

1–4 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Housing Finance (Home Loan experience mandatory)
Good understanding of home loan products and market
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Two-wheeler (Bike) & Valid Driving License mandatory
Local market knowledge of Delhi preferred
