Lead generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, emails, and other channels.

Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Sales presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential customers.

Negotiation and closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

Customer support: Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Market research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify new prospects, and monitor competitors.

Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, tracking progress, data, and market trends.

CRM management: Maintain client records and track sales activities using a CRM system.

Collaboration: Work with marketing and other departments to develop and implement sales strategies.
