Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team HDFC Sales. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹20000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking activities.

• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate HDFC home loan products.

• Explain features, advantages, and documentation requirements of home loans.

• Guide customers through the home loan application process.

• Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations) to ensure timely processing.

• Follow up with customers for document collection, application submission, and loan disbursal.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch goals.

• Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other potential partners.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
