About the role -

The roles and responsibilities of a Sales Consultant at Eureka Forbes Ltd. are as follows:

·       Generate leads, schedule appointments, and conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

·       Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.

·       Clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.

·       Manage order creation, processing, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and service.

·       Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and BTL marketing activities such as canopy setups, society engagement programs, and activation events.

·       Stay updated on the latest technologies, product innovations, and industry developments to enhance sales effectiveness.
