We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Banca Insurance Sales Officer to drive insurance sales through our partner bank branches. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through bank leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

• Build strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads and drive insurance business

• Meet potential customers in bank branches, understand their insurance needs, and provide appropriate solutions

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for insurance products (Life/Health/General)

• Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for bank branch employees

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and accurate communication

• Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines while pitching and closing policies

• Education: Graduation (Any stream)

• Experience: 1–5 years in sales (preferably insurance or financial services)

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good relationship-building and negotiation abilities

  • Self-motivated with strong sales acumen

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 6 years of experience.
