Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers for loan products.
Generate business loan and LAP leads through various sources.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Explain loan products and guide customers through the application process.
Collect and verify customer documents.
Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing.
Achieve monthly business targets.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in the loan or banking sector.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of Business Loans and Loan Against Property is preferred.
Ability to generate leads and achieve targets.
