
Job Title: Relationship Manager (B2B Partnerships)
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B field sales by onboarding and managing study abroad consultants, channel partners, DSAs, and coaching institutes to generate student referrals.
Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing support.
Achieve referral and sales targets, contributing to higher loan disbursements and business growth.
Identify market opportunities and trends to strengthen partner presence.
Act as the single point of contact for partners, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Track and report referrals, disbursements, partner performance, and sales metrics to management.
