About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Relationship Managers to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, nurturing client relationships, conducting project presentations, and converting leads into successful site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
3. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities to prospective clients.
4. Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
5. Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
7. Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.
8. Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM system.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, relationship management, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
