Core Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greeting showroom visitors, qualifying their needs, and guiding them to the appropriate vehicle.
Product Demonstration: Explaining vehicle technology, features, and benefits, as well as conducting test drives.
Sales & Negotiation: Closing sales by negotiating prices, discussing trade-ins, and handling financing/contract paperwork.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Following up with leads and past clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Product Knowledge: Staying updated on new models, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal skills to persuade and build rapport.
Resilience & Drive: A proactive, target-driven mindset is essential to meet sales goals.
Technical/Product Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle specifications and basic financing.
Technological Proficiency: Ability to use CRM tools and dealership management systems.
Experience: Previous experience is preferred, but many dealerships offer in-house training for beginners.
