Role Title: G-Pay Revisit Executive / Revisit Representative
Sector: Field Sales & Merchant Engagement — Google Pay (Fintech)
Function: Execute revisit activities at merchant shops to ensure adoption, usage, and correct setup of Google Pay payment solutions.
💼 Primary Responsibilities
Visit assigned merchants/shops daily as per leads provided by the Business Development or Field Sales team.
Check the existing Google Pay payment solution at merchant locations (e.g., QR codes, sound boxes).
Promote and encourage adoption of Google Pay devices (e.g., Sound Boxes) or services where not currently in use.
Facilitate replacement of damaged or non-functional devices (e.g., G-Pay Sound Boxes or QR codes).
Report daily visits, interactions, and merchant status updates accurately in the system/app provided.
Meet daily/weekly visit and engagement targets set by the management/team.
Build and maintain positive merchant relationships to support sustained usage of Google Pay.
📋 Typical Requirements
Previous experience in Fintech, Payments, Sales, or Field Sales is preferred.
Strong communication and persuasion abilities to interact effectively with merchants.
Own two-wheeler (bike) & valid driver’s license — for daily field visits.
Smartphone (often Android) to access visit apps and update data.
Ability to work independently, manage routes, and achieve targets.
Basic understanding of local market dynamics can be an advantage.
