As a Relationship Manager specializing in Home Loan and Mortgage, your primary responsibility will be to
facilitate the conversion of Home Loan (HL) and Mortgage leads into field appointments, ultimately
resulting in successful loan disbursals. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with Banks
and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of
loan applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion: Convert Home Loan and Mortgage leads into field appointments, ensuring a
smooth transition throughout the process.
2. End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire process of converting Home Loan and Mortgage leads
into loan disbursals, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Banks and NBFCs,
collaborating closely to streamline loan processing and resolve any issues promptly.
Job Role:
1. Experience Requirement: Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Home
Loan and Mortgage operations.
2. Client Interaction: Meet with loan applicants to understand their requirements, collect necessary
information, and guide them through the loan application process.
3. Loan File Analysis: Regularly analyze active loan files, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing
solutions to expedite the loan approval process.
4. Contract Completion: Assist clients in completing loan contracts, ensuring thorough understanding of
policies and regulations.
5. Financial Assessment: Conduct interviews with applicants to assess financial eligibility and establish
feasible debt payment plans.
6. Record Management: Maintain accurate and updated account records, ensuring compliance with
regulatory standards.
7. Application Submission: Submit loan applications to relevant institutions in a timely manner,
adhering to all necessary protocols.
8. Proposal Preparation: Prepare comprehensive loan proposals, highlighting key terms and conditions
for clients' consideration.
9. Application Review: Evaluate loan applications, identifying deficiencies and providing clear
explanations to applicants in case of rejection.
10. Issue Resolution: Address applicants' queries and concerns promptly, resolving any loan-related
issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
