Job Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Real Estate Manager who can lead the sales team, close high-value deals, and scale our farm plot business. The role demands strong leadership, client handling, and deep understanding of land investment sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team for farm plots & land investment projects

Drive revenue targets and ensure monthly/quarterly closures

Handle HNI clients and investors for high-ticket deals

Plan and execute site visits for projects like Veda Farms

Develop sales strategies for digital and offline channels

Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns

Track team performance and provide training & guidance

Ensure proper documentation and deal closure process

Build long-term relationships with investors and channel partners

Requirements:

3+ years experience in real estate (land / plots preferred)

Proven track record in closing high-value deals

Strong leadership and team handling experience

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Knowledge of NCR real estate market (Greater Noida preferred)

Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
