Job Summary:
Real Estate Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to handle end-to-end real estate sales independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process — from lead generation and client interaction to site visits, negotiation, and final deal closure. This is an individual contributor role, best suited for a self-driven and target-oriented professional with a strong real estate background.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete sales cycle: lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and closures.
Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries through various channels (digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, etc.).
Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads and potential buyers.
Negotiate deals, coordinate documentation, and ensure timely closure of sales.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, accounts) for post-sale formalities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitive projects, and pricing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4–6 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
Proven track record of independently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities without team support.
Knowledge of RERA regulations and sales documentation is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
