Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential warehouse locations based on business needs and geographical suitability.
Build and maintain strong relationship with Warehouse Developers landlords/property owners, and clients.
Understand and analyze client requirements to recommend suitable warehouse spaces to the clients.
Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and other agreement terms & conditions to secure favorable deals.
Coordinate & Execute site visits and inspections with clients and landlords.
Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Collaborate internally with business, operations and finance teams to align on requirements and budgets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of real estate markets and geographical locations relevant to warehousing.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with landlords and clients.
Good analytical skills to understand client needs and market opportunities.
Good understanding of geographical markets and real estate trends.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
