🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic Real Estate Sales Representatives to promote residential/commercial properties, handle client inquiries, and close property deals through site visits and relationship management.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• 🏘️ Promote residential and/or commercial real estate projects

• 📞 Handle incoming leads and generate new prospects

• 🤝 Schedule and conduct site visits with clients

• 📝 Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans

• 📂 Assist customers with documentation and booking process

• 🎯 Achieve monthly sales and booking targets

• 🔄 Follow up with clients and maintain CRM records

🎓 Eligibility

• 📚 Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• 🕒 Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

• 🗣️ Good communication and negotiation skills

• 🚗 Willingness to travel for site visits
