Roles & Responsibilities:

📌Identify, engage, and manage potential clients interested in purchasing NA plots.

📌 Conduct site visits with clients and explain project details clearly.

📌 Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.

📌Effectively present and promote company projects to prospective buyers.

📌Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

📌 Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

📌Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Eligibility:

▪️Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate sales (NA plots preferred).

▪️Graduate/Undergraduate candidates may apply.

▪️Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
