Key Responsibilities:
Sit full-time at the builder office and represent PropGenius as a channel partner
Make calls to leads and explain project details
Push and convert clients for site visits
Coordinate with the builder sales team for inventory, pricing & client updates
Follow up with leads to support closures
Maintain CRM and daily reporting sheets
Ensure professional communication and presentability at all times
